If you are looking for a poem genre that we haven't displayed online, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

1. Choose what type of poem you're looking for (special occasion gift, wedding poem, favour poems, keepsake card) 2. Place your orderand choose your payment method. We accept all major credit cards. 3. Fill in our questionnaire. You can place your order well in advance of your wedding day and send the questionnaire back to use closer to the time! Ps. Keepsake card info is completed upon checkout - you don't need a questionnaire for this! 4. Once we have received your answers we will create the perfect poem for you. 5. We will return the piece to you via email and you can provide feedback until you are 100% happy. 6. Your poem will be completed and ready for the special occasion. Any information you provide to us will not be shared with anyone other than our writing team. Your poem may be published on social media for marketing purposes, but this will only be done after your event or occasion (we don't want to ruin the surprise!) Your notes and questionnaire answers will be kept on our systems for two months after you have received your piece. After this time frame your notes will be removed from our system.

You will have a lot of fun when filling in our questionnaire; it is straightforward, but allows us to get a glimmer into your life or your loved one's life. We ask about jobs, hobbies, quirks, habits and all sorts of other personality traits that will help us to craft the perfect poem for your special occasion.
