Providing Me With The Facts
 
Once you have purchased your favour poems please email hello@veilandverse.com with a Word or Google Document with the following information about each of your guests:
 
Name (as you would like it to appear when printed)
Relation/role in the wedding (ie. Close friend, bridesmaid, partner of (x))
Personality traits (ie. Funny, kind, super clever, supportive)
Hobbies/Memories/Talents/Special Memories about the person (any information that would be relevant or you would like to mention in the poem!)
 
Ps. Don't worry if you have invited guests, partners and plus ones that you don't know very well. Provide me with their names and a small detail and I will create a more generalised wedding favour poem that still makes them feel super special!
 
I am able to meet short deadlines, but please allow 4-8 weeks for me to create your piece when possible.
 
The Process:
 
As soon as I receive your facts, I will write your bespoke favour poems. You will have the chance to ask for any tweaks or changes before we design and print your poems. I will send you full PDF copies of your wedding favour poems for you to approve before printing. 
 
Your Options
 
- 4 line poem & basic heart design - *best seller*
 
This favour option is our most popular product. Each guest will receive a 4-line bespoke poem all about them printed on luxurious, thick white card with a beautiful, timeless heart design. Why not change the colour of the heart to match your theme, bridesmaid dresses or keep it simple with grey?! The size of the card is 10" x 15" which is half of an A5 piece of card, as shown in the very first image on the product page.
 
- 6 line poem & basic heart design
 
Same as above, but a more in-depth 6 line bespoke poem. This is the perfect option if you want to make your guests feel even more special and you are having a more intimate wedding. The size of this card is A5.
 
- 4 or 6 line poem and custom design
 
This option gives you a little more flexibility with your fonts, lettering and design options. You can add in your wedding logo, change up the design or send me your stationery fonts and I'll match as closely as possible! If you have something very specific in mind please reach out to me at hello@veilandverse.com and I will create a sample for you to approve before you place your order.

Prefer to send your poem wording over to your wedding stationer provider? This is the option for you!  Receive all of your personalised poems digitally in a Google Document and work with an external calligrapher, stationer or printing company to bring your design visions to life!
 
Delivery
 
Your wedding favour poems will be delivered via tracked first class Royal Mail. I will send you a personal tracking number so you can keep an eye on your poems in the post!
 
How Do I Get Started?
 
Place your order right here via my website. Purchase your exact number of guests, or approximate numbers to secure your wedding date. You can add on additional numbers to your order later on if needed.
 
If your wedding date is coming up super soon, please pop me a quick email just to check my availability, especially during wedding season May-October!
 
Speedy turnarounds are my style, so if you want favour poems fast just let me know, and we'll get them written quick-sharp and ready for your big day!
 
Please note that no refunds are offered for my products due to the personalised nature. I put a lot of time, thought and love into every creation and can guarantee you'll be over the moon with the final product!
